Contact form
The contact form asks for your name, email, and a message. Phone is optional. You also choose what you are interested in. On some pages the same form also asks for an optional budget, an optional timeline, and an optional property address or listing link.
The website emails that message through Resend so Cyndi can reply. Unless the site is configured with a different inbox, it goes to therealagentcyndi@gmail.com. A blind copy goes to the person who maintains this website. That address is not listed here. If you included an email address, Resend also sends you a short note that the message arrived. The website does not keep its own database of these messages.
Home value form
The home value form, on the Lake Arrowhead, Big Bear, and San Bernardino Mountains home value pages, asks for the property address and your name. It asks for an email or a phone number, and you can share both. It also asks how you prefer to be reached, the property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, approximate square footage, condition, lake rights if you know them, a selling timeline, major improvements, and any comments you want to add. It notes which of those three pages you used.
That request is emailed through Resend the same way as the contact form, so Cyndi can reply about the house. A confirmation goes to you when you included an email address. The website does not keep its own database of these requests.
Event submission form
The mountain event form asks for the event name, month, and date, and for a street address and town. It asks who is putting the event on, and for your name and email. You can also add a start time, an end time, how often it happens, a date it recurs until, a venue name, an event page, a ticket link, a social link, a performer, a price, a short description, a phone number, and a PDF flyer of up to 10 MB.
The form emails that information through Resend to the person who maintains this website, with a copy to Cyndi at therealagentcyndi@gmail.com, unless the site is configured with a different inbox for her copy. The PDF, if you attached one, goes with that email. A confirmation is emailed to the address you entered. Cyndi reviews a submission before it appears on the event board. Sending the form does not publish the event. The website does not keep its own database of these submissions.
Newsletter signup
The events signup is a MailerLite form. It asks for your email. A first name is optional. You can choose a preferred community: Lake Arrowhead, Running Springs, or Big Bear. The form also sends the page you signed up from.
The form is sent to MailerLite, which sends the mountain events note described on the signup. The signup asks you to confirm from your email before you are added. The note on the site asks you to look for that confirmation from events@cyndisellssocal.com. The signup says you can unsubscribe anytime. This website does not keep its own copy of the signup.
How the information is used
A contact message or a home value request is used so Cyndi can respond to you. An event submission is used so the event can be reviewed and, if it belongs on the board, added later. A newsletter signup is used to send the events note you asked for. Cyndi does not sell personal information.
Pages you visit
This website loads Google Analytics, measurement ID G-DY21Q69DL6. That service can receive the page you viewed, and it may store a cookie in your browser. After a contact form is sent successfully, the page can send a generate_lead event. That event does not include your message. A click on a phone link can send a phone_click event with the link and the page address. This page does not set a retention period for Google, Resend, or MailerLite.
Your California privacy choices
You can ask what this website sent about you, and you can ask for it to be deleted. Cyndi does not sell personal information, so there is no sale to opt out of. To leave the events note, use the unsubscribe link in a MailerLite email, or ask Cyndi and she will pass the request along. Write or call with the email or phone you used on the form so she can find the right message.
Do Not Track
A Do Not Track signal from your browser does not change what this website does. The site does not read that signal.
Children
This website is written for adults who are looking at mountain homes. Cyndi does not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child sent a form, contact Cyndi and ask her to delete it.
